The black and white taoist symbol of Yin & Yang to me is one of the most beautiful symbols ever created to visually, simplistically and effectively explain the communion of the feminine and masculine energy.
The outer circle represents the undifferentiated unity out of which all existence arises, the two 'tear drop' halves within the circle represent the prana energy of the Feminine and Masculine and the kaleidoscope-like movement of them both. This implied movement represents how Yin & Yang are mutually-arising, interdependent, and continuously transforming, one into the other. Yin (feminine) is represented with black and Yang (masculine) is represented with white - each side contains a smaller circle with the opposite colour, allowing us to visually understand the interdependence of each.

The duality and polarity of life itself, feminine and masculine, light and dark, positive and negative, night and day, inhale and exhale, sun and moon, birth and death is represented within the balance of this symbol.

Working with the Feminine Energy has been one of complete surrender, we are moving through incredible times of change as we witness a shift from masculine dominant energy to a rebalancing and rise of the feminine. It's really important to note, that I'm not talking about gender.

We each contain masculine and feminine energy, this topic in itself is one that deserves its own page, but for now - just know, masculine can be summarised as the action-orientated, reasoning, strength, thinker, structured part of you & the feminine is the all feeling, body, non-action, nurturing, loving, compassionate energy.

Through the feminine energy 'Wisdom of She' rising within, I reconnect with, open & expand your heart and higher heart centers.

My work is founded upon creating a sacred space for women to be deeply held, understood, and reconnect once again with her heart. This is the space in which we connect with our higher self, our soul's purpose & where we find the balance we've been searching for in our life.
